January 13, 2016 Meeting

At our meeting on  WED. JAN. 13, 2016.  Dr. Meri Rosco will present “THE BEST YOU – LEARN HOW TO LIVE A HAPPY AND HEALTHY LIFE”

Dr. Meri Rosco will discuss the importance of being both physically and mentally fit. She will provide an overview of the most important factors of one’s health and how to achieve them. This talk will be informative, motiviating and perfect for the new year. This discussion will include nutrition, exercise, sleep, ergonomics and mental well-being.

Attendees will learn:

  • How to become the healthiest version of yourself by achieving both physical and mental stability

  • The components of physical stability and their affects on your health

  • A lesson on mental stability and how to stay positive in stressful times

Dr. Meri Rosco is a board certified chiropractic physician and functional medicine practitioner. Dr. Rosco finds and addresses the underlying cause of disease and has helped many patiens with nutritional deficiencies, thyroid diseases,leptin resistance, diabetes, depression, food allergies, Celiac disease, Crohn’s disease and more. She has a practice in Newtown, CT where she resides with her husband the three step children.
