of A Wellness Life.
A Wellness Life is more than a Pilates and Personal Training
studio. Wellness itself simply means balance. It
is a proactive, preventitive approach designed to
achieve health, social, and emotional function on a
daily basis. I teach people how to practice all areas of
wellness through self responsibilty. I will direct you
to make more positive choices towards lifestyle habits
to promote better health and overall quality of life.
It is truly more than just some training sessions... I
start from the inside and work to the outside. After all
, body,mind, and spirit effect your complete state

the owner of Club NewFit in Newtown. The mission of Club
NewFit is to make everyone’s experience a positive one
that leaves the member feeling good both physically and
mentally. Achieving balance in one’s life is the
ultimate goal. Club NewFit is a friendly and enjoyable
place to not only exercise, but to relax and feel
comfortable. Penny and the wonderful staff strive to
make it a “Home away from Home”. Being the largest
Fitness club in Newtown, Club NewFit has many wonderful
features including over 40 Group Fitness Classes such as
Yoga, Pilates, Kick Boxing, Strength classes and many
more. With a dedicated Spinning Studio, spinning is one
of the most popular! Club New Fit also has 4 Raquetball
courts, a basketball court, and Full service locker
